In response to Daddy’s question: “What happened at preschool today?”

Ummmmm. I was helpin’ dis kid. I was helpin’ the teacher put soap in my hands and I was rubbin’ it. And, so and a kid told me that I was little. And I told her a long time ago. Mmm. that’s only the things I know. I ate crackers, milk and apple sauce, daddy. daddy, crackers, milk, applesauce. I made a coloring book. A sponge, I painted with a sponge. Oooo, orange. It was orange and red. It was orange and red daddy, orange and red. Orange and red are friends. I did the rhyme of the nut song and the hot dog song. rhyme, rhyme, rhyme, rhyme. That’s all the fings I know, that’s all the fings that happened.

Note: This is Sydney’s first blog and she is just getting used to telling daddy what to type…
she is significantly more eloquant than how this came out today.

Uhhh… I’m tellin’ some things to daddy (so you can read them) Umm.. iiii, i put stuff on glue… ok?  aaand iii, what I didn’t do you don’t type it, huh?  Um, so I didn’t go outside… daddy, I didn’t go outside.  Umm… ummm, are you typing “not going outside”?  I thought you weren’t gonna.  I ate snacks.  I ate a different kind of muffin.  English, I think English muffin.  I ate the English muffin.  I ummmmm… I ummm… I don’t know all the things I did.  Well, I glued stuff on paper.  (makes weird noises with her tounge).  What are those?  1,2,3… 1,2,3… what are these for?  (asking about buttons on the keyboard).  I didn’t get water.  I didn’t go faster enough.  I was washing my hands with just soap and water.  Then the teacher turned off the water cuz I didn’t go faster enough.  Then I cried.  That’s all I did at preschool… hey daddy, that’s all I did at preschool.  All the kids got hugs and kisses from their mommy at preschool.  Daddy that’s it.
